The Studio
A Home for Yoga Lovers
The light and airy first floor studio is approx 50 square metres, with acoustic flooring, a stereo system and plenty of natural light.
Karinya Yoga is in a very central location in the beautiful town of Beverley, East Yorkshire. A couple of minutes walk away from the town centre. Parking is available on site for hirers.
Newly refurbished and beautifully designed, the studio is perfect for yoga classes, meditation, fitness classes, workshops, rehearsals, training, photo shoots or meetings.
Our flexible space can be hired hourly or daily with discounts available for block bookings. Yoga equipment is available to use including mats, blocks, bolsters, pillows and blankets.

Our class list includes a range of levels and styles. We pride ourselves in offering classes that are both dynamic and meditative, letting you move your body as well as still the mind.
Suitable for all levels
A 60 minute yoga session for mind, body and soul. All equipment provided.
Yoga for your lunch break
A 35 minute class in the middle of the day to stretch, move and rejuvenate.
Combining stillness & strength
Jan will be offering Yin and Restorative yoga on Thursday afternoons from January.
Still your mind with Devon Eleanor
Devon offers flow and deep stretch classes on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Yoga for all inflexible, aching bodies!
Yvette offers classes for beginners and beyond on Thursday evening.
Relaxing Group Sound Baths
Matt Walton Sound offers Sound Baths on the last Friday of the month.
A calming blend of Hatha & Zen
All levels are welcome with Catie on Wednesday and Friday mornings.

Join Amy for 45 minutes of Pilates on Friday evenings from January.

Sophie provides an intimate setting in which we can come together as women to honour and celebrate the moon, and work with it's phases.
Candlelit Sound Baths with Jess
A 90 minute sound journey including an introduction to sound healing, gentle breathwork, guided meditation and deep rest. Tuesdays at 8pm.
Weekly classes and Sunday workshops with Sara
Sara offers 60 minute weekly Vinyasa flow classes on Tuesday mornings at 9.15am and Saturdays at 10am.
She also runs 6 week workshops on Sunday afternoons to help you find your healthy yoga habit!

Join Kim for a nourishing class to support the beautiful journey of pregnancy. Expect community, breathwork, supported movement and mindfulness to stretch, connect and prepare for a positive birth.
