A unique retreat day held across 2 studios, one upstairs, one downstairs! Leanne will lead the movement at the brand new Strength & Spirit studio and Cass will lead the restorative practices upstairs at Karinya Yoga. With a delicious lunch and unlimited tea and coffee provided. Join us for a day of yoga, Pilates, meditation and good food!!
