The Studio

A Home for Yoga Lovers

The light and airy first floor studio is approx 50 square metres, with acoustic flooring, a stereo system and plenty of natural light.

Karinya Yoga is in a very central location in the beautiful town of Beverley, East Yorkshire. A couple of minutes walk away from the town centre. Parking is available on site for hirers.

Newly refurbished and beautifully designed, the studio is perfect for yoga classes, meditation, fitness classes, workshops, rehearsals, training, photo shoots or meetings.

Our flexible space can be hired hourly or daily with discounts available for block bookings. Yoga equipment is available to use including mats, blocks, bolsters, pillows and blankets.

Candlelit Sound Baths with Jess

A 90 minute sound journey including an introduction to sound healing, gentle breathwork, guided meditation and deep rest. Tuesdays at 8pm.

Weekly classes and Sunday workshops with Sara

Sara offers 60 minute weekly Vinyasa flow classes on Tuesday mornings at 9.15am and Saturdays at 10am.

She also runs 6 week workshops on Sunday afternoons to help you find your healthy yoga habit!

Join Kim for a nourishing class to support the beautiful journey of pregnancy. Expect community, breathwork, supported movement and mindfulness to stretch, connect and prepare for a positive birth.
